Survey, Design & Build

Construction and designing a house is a concept which we have inbuilt in us. Wondering how? Just rewind to those childhood days where most of us have built a sand house on a picnic to the beach. While slowly and steadily constructing the sand house, we all understood the kind of concentration and creativity we require building the best and unique looking sand house around us. While that is just the basics, in real business, architecture and designing of a house requires immense amount of time and team effort to be put in. When we put all aspects from design to construction into process, it more or less has 13 to 14 steps involved from start to end. We will give you a clear idea on what each of these steps is.

The Process

01

Surveying of the site

Surveying of the site

The first and foremost step of any construction is to get a complete idea of the site from the clients to generate a basic idea of how to go about the first draft of the design.

02

Initial Design

Initial Design

With the basic idea captured, then with the help of Computer Aided Design (CAD) a basic design of the house is drawn & will be shared with the client to start discussions regarding the development of the design.

03

Submission of the design

Submission of the design

After the discussions are done thoroughly between the architect and the client, the final design is then submitted to concerned authorities of the government for permissions for constructing the house according to the design.

04

Rectification and final structure

Rectification and final structure

This is an important step where any errors regarding the structure of the design is rectified from either the clients or from the concerned authorities regarding permissions.

05

Cost and Quotes
