The meticulously refurbished building now stands as a symbol of modern office space, spanning three floors and featuring 176 workstations, 5 meeting rooms, 7 offices, and various amenities aimed at enhancing productivity and well-being. From vibrant breakout areas to a serene private terrace covering over 120 sq. meters, every aspect is meticulously designed to redefine the contemporary workspace.

  • Design and installation of a vibrant planting scheme featuring over 51 powder-coated metal planters.
  • Landscaping enhancements including fencing and waterproof decking.
  • Modernized front façade with sleek aluminium cladding.
  • Installation of energy-efficient triple-glazed aluminium windows.
  • Selection and installation of fire-rated door sets.
  • Comprehensive decorative package showcasing oak panelling and polished concrete flooring.
