Client Vision:
We have worked closely with For the Senses architects and Crest Hall Property Management through design and delivery process to reach client vision. The brief was to reduce maintenance issues, within a budget and time to ensure a return on investment over a set period, improve rental income, reduce tenant turnover.
Project Highlights:
The building underwent an extensive transformation, incorporating a wide range of improvements and essential maintenance tasks to enhance both its aesthetic appeal and functionality. Visual enhancements were meticulously carried out, including the meticulous repair of the roof, ensuring structural integrity and longevity. The repointing of brickworks not only restored the building’s exterior charm but also bolstered its durability against weathering.
Decorations of the external facade breathed new life into the building’s appearance, creating a welcoming and attractive exterior for residents and visitors alike. The meticulous repair and restoration of original sash windows preserved the building’s historic character while improving energy efficiency and functionality.
Internally, the installation of new kitchens and ensuite bathrooms brought modern convenience and style to each apartment, elevating the overall living experience for residents. Replacement of roof lights introduced ample natural light, brightening interiors and creating a more inviting atmosphere.
New flooring throughout the building not only refreshed the aesthetic but also ensured durability and ease of maintenance. Redecorations further enhanced the interior ambiance, creating cohesive and visually pleasing living spaces.
Improvements in acoustic insulation between apartments were implemented to enhance privacy and comfort for residents, ensuring a peaceful living environment. Upgrades to the external yard and terrace expanded outdoor living spaces, providing residents with additional areas to relax and socialize.
Lastly, the installation of new water systems aimed to improve water pressure, ensuring consistent and reliable water flow throughout the building.
