How do you find the right developer for your Project? 

Whenever a housing project starts, the first question that comes to a client is whom to approach, which company is the right company for my project, what to expect and how to manage. Hearing all sorts of building experience stories, many people choose developers who are either known through their friends or family or some one who is recommended by their friends or family. Its relatively a safe zone for most of us. 

For simple refurbishment or extension, while it is good to take on the basis of referral, in matters of proper development or in cases where you need a complete solution where the skill set of Architects, Surveyors, Builders and Interior Designers are necessary, it would be good  to see the profile of the Developers. Good developers profile will showcase their skillset, their works and often they will show their process. 

Developers whose profile you feel confident should be asked to give a quote and if they are good, the developer will give you a structured costs, timeline and project detail. In building projects, what matters is developers expertise, quality materials, their experience and the previous works.
